Online Škoda Connect clusters together a set of online services, including software updates and services specific to electric vehicles. Škoda Connect services are divided into two basic packages: Infotainment Online and Care Connect.
Infotainment Online services help the driver by providing a host of useful functions such as Online Traffic Information and Parking Spaces.
Care Connect services are divided into the Proactive Service, which helps drivers to maintain their vehicle with features such as Service Scheduling and Automatic Accident Notification, and Remote Access, which contains a wealth of useful vehicle information and other handy features that can also be used via a mobile app. Remote Access features include, for example, Vehicle Status and Parking Position. A third component of Care Connect services is iV Remote Services, which are the subject of the next slide.
