Škoda Connect packages

Services are divided into logical theme-based packages. Whether you want to expand the capabilities of the infotainment system, make it easier to take care of your car’s technical condition, or gain access to your Škoda vehicle remotely.

Infotainment Online

This will help you to reach your destination safely and comfortably, every time. The Route profiles are calculated online and help you to avoid any traffic jams. In addition, the maps are automatically updated. You can search for petrol/charging stations, parking places or any other points of interest online, any time.

Care Connect: iV Remote Services

This covers various features for your electric Škoda Enyaq. You can control or plan the air-conditioning process (heating and cooling) and charge your battery remotely via a mobile app.

Care Connect: Remote Access

You can access your Škoda from anywhere easily through online interface. View trip data, check the current status of the vehicle, or use honk and flash to find it more quickly in a busy car park. Depending on the model and the trip you are planning to make, you can also remotely lock/unlock the car and turn on its pre-heating.

Care Connect: Proactive Service

The Proactive Service Package enables your vehicle to send information to your service partner of choice if, for example, your oil or a broken bulb needs to be changed. With the MyŠkoda app, you can display a Vehicle Health Report anytime you need. If you need any information about the vehicle or roadside assistance, simply push the Info/Breakdown button on your roof panel.

Functions on demand

The fastest way to get new features.

With Functions on Demand you can easily upgrade your car's functions over the air. Simply go to Škoda Connect Shop or the inbuilt Shop right in your car, where you can download our state-of-the-art Navigation, Additional Colours and Functions for Ambient Lighting or even High Beam Control.

High Beam Control

Switching between high and low beams can be tiresome, especially when you are travelling over long distances. The High Beam Control function can take care of it for you. It automatically increases both your comfort and general safety, since you will never again dazzle other drivers.

Ambient lighting - additional colours

Enables you and your passengers to pep up your trip, make it more comfortable, and easier on the eye. You can change ambient lighting based on mood, outfit or the weather, choosing from a broad colour palette.

Ambient lighting – additional functions

Enjoy driving in Sport Mode even more intensely thanks to the Ambient Light dynamically changing based on how you accelerate. Other features such as synchronisation with warning lights and indicating of opened doors will provide you with extra safety.

Navigation

Found yourself in the middle of nowhere, with your phone dead? Dropping off your co-driver was still the right call. Fortunately, you were ready and got the on-board Navigation! With our state-of-the-art system, you'll never lose your way again.

Traffic Sign Recognition

Never miss another sign! With Traffic Sign Recognition signs are displayed on the Virtual Cockpit and infotainment system. The multifunction camera reliably detects speed limits, no overtaking and warning signs and even the supplementary plates.

Laura

Almost all of us talk to our cars from time to time. But have you wondered what it would be like if your car started to respond? Laura, our voice assistant does just that! Laura understands your instructions while you get on with driving safely and with ease. Simply start a conversation by saying “OK, Laura!”

Emergency call

All newly produced vehicles are also equipped with eCall, an emergency service to help you swiftly in an accident.

How to call emergency

Your Škoda car can automatically contact the emergency centre and send information about your location, the direction of travel, the number of people in the car and the severity of the accident. You can also trigger it manually by pushing the SOS button. An operator stays in touch until the rescue services arrive.

Activation in just 3 steps

Step 1

Download the MyŠkoda app to your mobile device via a QR Code or click on the link below to visit the Škoda Connect portal.

Step 2

Log in via your Škoda ID or create a new one.

Step 3

Insert the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and follow the instructions to complete the registration.

Voice assistants

Say “OK, Google” and ask the Google Home voice assistant about your car.
Start communicating with the Amazon voice assistant by simply saying her name: “Alexa.”

SmartLink

With the SmartLink system, which integrates Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the car’s infotainment system lets you use the phone safely while driving. After making a connection, you can handle calls and messages, listen to music or use the navigation via the infotainment system.

Android Auto

Android Auto extends the Android platform to the car. Use familiar apps and services on your dashboard screen. Compatible with Android 5.0 and higher.

Apple CarPlay

CarPlay takes the apps you want in your iPhone while driving and puts them right on your car’s built-in display. Compatible with iPhone 5 and higher.

MyŠkoda

Be in complete control of your car with the new MyŠkoda app. Check battery charge status, monitor the condition of various parts of your car, and manage your charging needs with Powerpass. All of this and much more from the convenience of your phone.

MyŠkoda Essentials

Access all useful features of your vehicle from anywhere and anytime using your smartphone. You can for example display your vehicle’s parking location, control your car’s auxiliary heating or check whether your Škoda is locked and all windows are closed. With MyŠkoda Essentials mobile applicaton you have your vehicle always under control.
