Clear schedule on the infotainment display

With Calendar, you can check your daily schedule as soon as you get in the car. Your infotainment display shows you your appointments for a specific day or for the whole month. Besides your work meetings and private appointments, depending on your preferences and settings you can also view public holidays or the birthdays of friends and family.

In-car teleconferencing

With the Calendar app, you can manage your teleconferences from your car. If you have a Microsoft Teams call scheduled in your calendar, you can join it by simply pressing the button in the meeting detail.

Meeting point navigation

Going to a meeting and don’t know the way? If you have entered the meeting point in your calendar, you can navigate to it by pressing a button in the meeting detail. Your navigation system will guide you there.

How to install the app

Order the app and install it in your car’s infotainment system. How?

Installation via the infotainment

Go to in-car Shop

Find the Shop tile in your infotainment system and enter.

Install the app

Find the Calendar tile, enter and click “Install”.

Confirm Terms and Conditions

Read the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you agree to them, accept them by clicking on the button. Once installed, the Calendar app is available free of charge.

Link to your Calendar

Use your mobile phone to link the app to your Google Calendar. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone or enter the URL you can see on your infotainment display in your browser.

Wait for confirmation

If the connection is successful, the infotainment display will show confirmation that your Google Account has been linked.

Get going!

Now you can organise your time from your car.

Installation via the Connect Portal

Enter the Connect Portal

Enter the Škoda Connect Portal at www.skoda-connect.com. You will need your email and access password to log in. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Škoda Connect Shop via shop.skoda-connect.com.

Enter the Connect Shop

Go to Shop, then Services, Apps & Features.

Select Infotainment apps

Click on Infotainment Apps to see the current range of additional apps available for your infotainment system.

Install the app

Confirm the Calendar app by pressing the “Add to Cart” button. Follow this procedure to automatically install the app in your car’s infotainment system. The Calendar app is available free of charge.

Find the app in the menu

The app will appear in the main Menu in your car infotainment system.

Link to your Calendar

Enter it and use your mobile phone to link the app to your Google Calendar. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone or enter the URL you can see on your infotainment display in your browser.

Wait for confirmation

If the connection is successful, the infotainment display will show confirmation that your Google Account has been linked.

Availability for your Škoda

You can check the availability of the app for your Škoda here. The Calendar app is available for cars if they have the latest-generation Amundsen or Columbus infotainment systems and Škoda Connect services are activated. The car also needs to be connected to the internet – either via a mobile phone hotspot or Cubic Data. To get the app up and running, you need to link it to your Google Account.
